# Calorie TestFlight status

Calorie has a working internal TestFlight build for invited testers. There is no public TestFlight invitation and no App Store listing.

Invited testers can complete onboarding, log a familiar food, verify Today totals and transparent timing, review Progress, and optionally test private Apple-sign-in sync without replacing the local journal.

## Not included

- Public enrollment or App Store installation
- A paid plan or checkout
- Barcode scanning, social feeds, wearable sync, or workout programming
- Medical or clinical nutrition guidance

Beta software can change. Export local data before deleting the app, clearing data, or testing account reconciliation.
