What you will test
Invited testers can complete onboarding, log a familiar food on iPhone or iPad, verify Today totals and timing, review Progress, and optionally confirm private Apple-sign-in sync without replacing the local journal.
What is not in this beta
A public TestFlight invitation, App Store listing, paid plan, barcode scanning, social feed, wearable sync, and medical guidance are not in this beta.
